David Tehan received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1996 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Trust and Estate Sections as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).  David joined the Boyle & Anderson, P.C. team in 2017 with over twenty years of experience focusing his practice on:

  • Wills, Trusts, and Estates

  • Elder Law & Medicaid Planning

  • Business Entities & Commercial Transactions

  • Contracts
